Overview: Kroger Health partnered with Joe Burrow to build on the success of a previous campaign and drive new pharmacy adoption. The challenge was to create a message that could resonate beyond awareness—helping customers feel confident taking action in their own health journey.

Rather than positioning healthcare as complex or overwhelming, the campaign reframed it as something more human: a series of everyday decisions.

The Problem: For many customers, healthcare isn’t avoided because of a lack of options. It’s avoided because of uncertainty.

What should I do first?
Is this worth addressing now?
Where do I even start?

That hesitation creates friction, and friction leads to inaction.

The Insight: People don’t need more information. They need confidence in their next step.

Small decisions, when made easier, can unlock momentum. And momentum is what ultimately drives healthier outcomes.

The Idea:  "Trust your next step."

This platform shifts the focus from long-term health goals to immediate, manageable actions, whether that’s filling a prescription, scheduling an appointment, or simply starting to pay attention.

By positioning Kroger Health as a partner in those moments, the brand becomes less about services and more about support.

Creative Approach: We grounded the campaign in a simple but powerful contrast:

  • High-performance decisions vs. everyday decisions
  • Game-day pressure vs. daily routines
  • Elite discipline vs. accessible action

Joe Burrow’s preparation and consistency became a relatable metaphor—not for perfection, but for progress.

The creative leaned into real-life moments at home, in-store, and on the field to show that taking care of your health doesn’t require a complete reset. It starts with one step.

Execution: The campaign launched across video, social, digital, and out-of-home during a key cultural moment surrounding the NFL Draft.

A connected system of assets—including a landing experience, short-form video, and paid media—worked together to reinforce the same message: reduce hesitation and make the next step clear.
