About Daniele Cusentino

I’m a brand, editorial, and conversation-focused copywriter with more than a decade of experience shaping content inside one of the largest grocery retailers in the U.S.

Over the years, I’ve built campaign platforms, written scripts and long-form editorial, developed in-store and digital messaging, and helped guide the content standards that keep complex organizations aligned. I’ve partnered with marketers, designers, pharmacists, analysts, and product teams to ensure ideas are not only creative, but clear and executable.

My work ranges from big brand storytelling to detailed UX writing — from campaign concepts to structured conversational flows. I care just as much about the emotional resonance of language as I do about the systems behind it. The best content doesn’t just sound good; it works in the real world.

As digital experiences have evolved, so has my focus. I’ve expanded into conversation design, UX thinking, and AI-supported creative workflows, earning my Conversation Designer Certification (CxD 2) through the Conversation Design Institute and completing formal UX coursework to deepen my product perspective. I’m especially interested in how thoughtful structure, behavioral insight, and human-centered language reduce friction in everyday customer experiences.

Across everything I do — whether it’s a campaign, a content system, a chatbot, or a strategic concept — I aim to create language that builds clarity, trust, and momentum.
